Estate and Gift Tax Planning
Everybody needs a Will. If you do not have a Will, each country's "intestate laws" will
dictate who gets your property after your death. If you have assets in more than one country
you may need to have a separate Will that addresses the assets in each jurisdiction.
In addition to a Will, you may also want to consider setting up a Trust, either during
your life or as part of your Will. A trust can be most helpful where you have minor children
or a group of individuals you want to benefit collectively. We can help you determine what
documents you need and the jurisdictions you should consider.
