UK INDIVIDUAL TAX
Filing Requirements

The UK has a Pay As You Earn (PAYE) tax system with monthly withholding. You do not have to file a tax return unless requested by the Inland Revenue or you receive income (or gains) which is not dealt with through your employer. As an assignee to the UK or out of the UK it may be beneficial to file a tax return.
